Simnel Cake
A rich fruitcake baked with a layer of marzipan through the middle of the cake and topped with a layer of marzipan and marzipan balls.
Christmas
Christmas Cake
A variety of sizes ranging from 70mm diameter to 200mm diameter and including a 100mm square cake. The cake is made with Somerset Cider Brandy to give it moisture and longevity. Traditionally decorated with marzipan and sugar paste icing or fruit topped with a cider brandy glaze. Other sizes available by request.
Christmas Pudding
A very moist pudding made with cider, cider brandy and apple so is not too sweet. It is suitable for vegetarians and also contains no nuts. Traditionally cooked. Sizes ranging from 225g to 1360g.
Coffee, Whisky Dundee Cake
A traditional light rich fruit cake, laced with whisky and topped with almonds.
Wicked Chocolate Christmas Cake
Our very popular Wicked Chocolate Cake is covered in white Belgian chocolate sugar paste and topped with seasonal chocolate figures.
Christmas Chutney
A delightful accompaniment to cheese and cold meats this chutney is full of flavour and body containing a stunning mixture of cranberries, figs, apricots, dates, apples and other fruit. Usual size 300g.
Mincemeat
Home made to an old recipe with the adaptation of the use of Somerset Cider Brandy to give it that extra Somerset flavour. Usual size 340g.
Mince Pies
Deep mince pies made with a short crust pastry and filled with our own home made mincemeat.
